Atlas FBO Software/FBOLinx Integration Guide
Atlas users can now import cost and retail pricing to FBOLinx. Pricing is initially set up and further managed under the Contract screen. Please contact Atlas Support at support@titanfuels.aero to activate this integration at your location.
Setting up the FBOLinx pricing contract in Atlas: (one-time setup)
- Navigate to the Customer’s tab, followed by the Contract icon.
- Select the Add button.
- In the Contract Add Window, edit the following:
- Name: FBOLinx Pricing
- Active: Toggle to YES
- Linx Contract: Toggle to YES
- Begin On: When the pricing will be effective.
- Expire On When the pricing will expire.
- Save.
- For the newly added FBOLinx Pricing contract, select the detail icon.
- Navigate to the Item tab and select the Add button.
- In the Discount Item search box, search and select the Jet A item.
- Under the Discount Details section, edit the following fields:
- Base: Fuel Cost
- Total: Posted Price (with taxes)
- Save.
Sending to FBOLinx: (recurring steps)
- Navigate to the Customers tab, followed by the Contract icon.
- Search for the FBOLinx Pricing contract and select the detail icon.
- Navigate to the Item tab and select the edit icon for Jet A to change the pricing in the Base and Total fields.
- Save.
- Go to the Detail tab at the top and update your “Begin On” and “End On dates.”
- Select the “Sync Linx” button to send the updated pricing to FBO Linx.
FBOLinx Dashboard Overview
- Current retail and cost pricing will appear in the top right corner of the FBOLinx Dashboard menu.
- Future pricing will appear under the Pricing Update Generator section.
- Note: When sending pricing with an effective date that is in the future, the pricing will appear as “Staged” until the effective date.
