*To quickly reorder in the Purchasing screen, you must first set up the reordering terms in the Item Master screen
Setting Up an Item to Reorder
1. To setup, navigate to the Item Master screen and search for the item you would like to appear in the Item Reorder menu
2. Select the Edit icon to edit the following details for the item
- Default Supplier: default supplier for that item
- Reorder Point: quantity reference point. Once an item gets to this point, you can reorder
- Reorder Qty: the quantity you would like to reorder
Reordering
1. Select the Reorder button in the Purchasing screen
2. Check mark the Item you would like to reorder and create a purchase order for
3. Select the Create button
